CrossFit Games Open WOD 16.3

CrossFit Games Open WOD 16.3 is here.  We are in the 3rd week of the 2016 CrossFit Games Open.  Settling right in, we have seen some rough WODs so far.  We are sure this one will be no different.

Don’t forget that if you cannot make it today, we will have an Open Gym tomorrow from 9am to noon.  You may come any time during those 3 hours to do the Open WOD.  If you already did the Open WOD today, you may come tomorrow like any other Open Gym to do what you want.

3 Bar Muscle Ups
