Open Gym for 3/12/2016

From now until the end of the 2016 CrossFit Open Season, we will be converting Saturday mornings to Open Gym from 9am to noon.  This will be run like any other Open Gym where you may come to Industrial Athletics to do what you want.  We are doing this primarily to accommodate those who are participating in the CrossFit Open, but can’t make it Fridays or Sundays.  However, if you want to go come do anything else, you are welcome.  Here are some WOD ideas:

WOD #1:
EMOM 8 Min:
3 Cleans (75%)
*For each clean, power clean the weight, pause at the catch position, then drop into a front squat
*The goal is to catch your power clean with your feet in your ideal squat position

WOD #2
For Time:
22, 16, 10
Handstand Pushups
Hang Power Cleans (115/75)
1 Arm KB Snatches (1.5/1)
