If you are competing in our competition, be sure to come ready to rock. Arrive between 8:45 and 9am. We will get everyone organized into heats and get ready to go. Wear your team colors, logos, make signs, etc.

40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
