It is a Saturday at Industrial Athletics.  No Yoga today.

10:00am – CrossFit Competition Class

Strength:
Max Effort Overhead Squat

MetCon:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes:
50 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Power Snatches (115/75)|
10 Muscle Ups

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class

As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes:
20 Ski Jumpers
15 Air Squats
10 Burpees
5 Handstand Pushups

12:30pm – Yoga is Canceled
