    Steel:
    4 Rounds for time:
    20 Double Unders
    12 Knees to elbow – must get knees to elbows

    Brass:
    4 Rounds for time:
    20 Double Unders or 60 Single Unders
    12 Lift legs as high as possible while hanging from a bar

    Bronze:
    4 Rounds for time:
    20 Double Unders or 60 Single Unders
    9 Lift legs as high as possible while hanging from a bar or lying leg lifts.
