Weighted Pull-ups 1 rep max: 88 lbs. Attempted the weight Rafa did (whatever it was) but failed. Guessing that it was around 100 lbs+. We need a Kilo to pound coversion scale! Ha!

1 RM Weighted Pull-Up : 46 kgs (101.4 lbs)
RX – 4:37. head to head with Jake was very good 🙂 Anyone who does at least 2/3 rounds of thrusters unbroken should beat our time no problem.
