If you are competing in the CrossFit Open, you must submit your score by tonight at 8pm. To be safe, do not wait until 7:30pm as the coach who will be validating your score will be coaching the evening classes.
Warning: The weather is nice, we will be running today. Unless the wind is strong, this will include 6am, so dress accordingly.
With the weather warming up, it is time to start increasing our cardiovascular strength once again.
