CrossFit WOD and Olympic lifting for 6/10/2015

Don’t forget that we will be hosting a Community Day on June 20th.  This will be a chance for our members to bring friends and family to learn about CrossFit and try it out.  We will start around 11am and go for about 1.5-2 hours.  First, we will have a brief introduction to the theory of CrossFit.  We will then divide into small groups, learn some movements, and then do a small CrossFit-type workout.  It is free to attend.
