5 Handstand Pushups

    Platinum: As written above. Handstand Pushups may be strict or kipping

    Steel:
    5 Box Jumps (30/24)
    3 Handstand pushups

    Brass:
    5 Box Jumps (24/20)
    3 Handstand Progressions to raised target or on a box

    Bronze:
    5 Box Jumps (24-20/20-short box)
    3 Hand release pushups/regular pushups/box pushups
