For Time:

Wallballs: 50, 40, 30, 20 (20/14)
Strict Pullups:  20, 15, 10, 5

    Platinum: As written above.

    Steel:
    Wallballs: 40, 30, 20, 10 (20/14)
    Strict Pullups: 18, 12, 8, 3 (may be banded)

    Brass:
    Wallballs: 40, 30, 20, 10 (14/10)
    Kipping Pullups: 20, 15, 10, 5 (may be banded)

    Bronze:
    Wallballs: 35, 25, 15, 5 (14/10)
    Kipping Pullups: 18, 12, 8, 3, (may be banded or ring rows)

    Note: Wall Balls must touch wall above the standard Men’s (10ft) and Women’s (8ft) marks.

    140 wall balls and 50 strict pull-ups was more challenging than expected. Good lead into the weekend. Great job by all 6 am’ers!
