woo! this one really smoked my legs. i did deadlifts at open gym yesterday and i am more sore than i thought i was from those. i think my rep scheme was this:
35-55-65-85-95-105, i didn’t do a 7th set cause 105 caught up to me sooner than i thought
i think my cashout time was 4:36?
For the workout: 115, 135, 155, 165, 185, 205 (f), 205 (f)
The cashout was 3:37 (or close to that)
