Skill:
Snatch Balance Work with Moderate Weight:
2×10 Catch weight at partial squat
2×10 Catch weight at half squat
2×10 Catch weight at full squat

MetCon:
4 Rounds for Time:
15 Ring Dips
12 Pistols
9 Bar over burpees (these may be lateral jumps)
