    Scaling:

    Platinum: Muscle Ups may be consecutive. In other words, you do not have to drop off the bar between reps.

    Steel:
    EMOM 15 Min
    10 Double Unders
    2 Banded Bar Muscle Ups (pick a band that allows you to do Muscle Ups for 15 Minutes)

    Brass:
    EMOM 15 Min
    10 Double Unders or 30 Single Unders
    2 Chest to Bar Pullups (unassisted)

    Bronze:
    EMOM 15 Min
    10 Double Unders or 20 Single Unders
    2 Chest to Bar Pullups with a band
