CrossFit WODs for 4/16/2016

It is Saturday.  We have our Competition Class and Regular Class today.  For those who are at a level to start/continue with local competitions, our CrossFit Competition Class is designed to prepare you for those demands.  If you are debating trying a Competition Class, ask a coach.  Competition Class comes with some demands and expectations that are not present in our Regular CrossFit Classes.

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class

WOD #1
EMOM 10 Min:
1 Power Clean
1 Squat Clean
1 Jerk
Start with Moderate Weight and Increase every 2 Minutes

WOD #2
For Time:
100 Chest to Bar Pullups
125 Push Press (95/65#)
150 Back Squats (95/65#)
Work only on odd minutes

WOD #3
Partner:
AMRAP 7 Min:
30 Double Unders
8 Lateral Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Push-ups
Alternate Partners for each movement

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class
For Time:
100 Chest to Bar Pullups
125 Push Press (95/65#)
150 Back Squats (95/65#)
Work only on odd minutes
