In one Month is the Battle of the Burgh. Â This local competition is a 3 person team competition. Â Not one we have seen before, we can’t wait to see what is programmed. Â In the meantime, Competition Class will be designed to get you ready for that competition. Â Almost all WODs will be designed to be completed at a team. Â Make sure that if you are competing on May 21st, you are coming to Competition class.
