In one Month is the Battle of the Burgh. This local competition is a 3 person team competition. Not one we have seen before, we can’t wait to see what is programmed. In the meantime, Competition Class will be designed to get you ready for that competition. Almost all WODs will be designed to be completed at a team. Make sure that if you are competing on May 21st, you are coming to Competition class.
