CrossFit WODs for 6/25/2016

Want to know how to Kip?  Come to the kipping pull-up CFE tomorrow at 9am during Open Gym.

We have a yoga instructor today at 8am.  We will be having a trial yoga class for those interested in yoga.  Our goal is to have yoga back starting in July on Saturday mornings at 8am.  If you want to have an opinion, make it to the class.
