CrossFit WODs for 8/6/2016

It is another Saturday at Industrial Athletics.  Yoga is cancelled today, but will return next weekend.  Competition Class will be at 9:30am.  If you have never attended Competition Class, you must receive permission from a coach before jumping into the increased volume, work load, and skill level.  The Regular CrossFit Class is at 11am.  This class is the same as all other CrossFit classes offered at Industrial Athletics.
