CrossFit WODs for 11/5/2016

After being closed last Saturday, we are back in action this week.  Yoga returns at 8:00am.  CrossFit Competition Class is at 9:30am.  Anyone participating in the CrossFit Lift off?  Regular CrossFit class at 11:00am.
