CrossFit WODs for 12/3/2016

Saturday mornings are packed full of fitness at IA.  We start with Yoga to help us stretch out, recover, and relax.  At 9:30am, we have our CrossFit Competition class designed for those who want to increase their volume and prepare for local CrossFit Competitions.  At 11:00am we offer a regular CrossFit class designed like every other day of the week.
