TTB and Deadlifts for 12/7/2016

Next Saturday, the 17th, we will have our CFE for December.  This month, we will be concentrating on resetting our squat.  Have you developed bad habits?  Do you want to personalize your squat to you?  Do the coaches keep giving you cues, but it doesn’t seem to be working?  Don’t miss the CFE at 11am.

Today’s WOD is going to be a forearm crusher, and that’s how it is designed.  It is also a conflicting wod, of sorts.  The wod forces you to hang longer from the pullup bar.  Dropping off only forces you to accept a penalty of holding a deadlift bar that will serve to tax your forearms even more making the wod that much harder.  But, hang for too long, and that will also make the rest fo the wod much harder.  What to do?
