CrossFit WODs for 1/7/2016

Saturdays are back to normal at Industrial Athletics.  We are going to start at 8am with Yoga and run through noon.  Ever want to try a local competition?  Are you signed up for a competition at the end of the month?  Come to Competition Class.  First, be sure to ask a coach for permission.  Competition Class is a little different than our regular CrossFit Class.
