CrossFit WODs for 2/10/2018

It is another Saturday morning at IA.  That means we are busy with fitness.  We start the day with Yoga at 8am to help you relax after a stressful week.  For those athletes who want to compete, our Competition Class is at 9:30am.  For all of our other CrossFit members, our regular CrossFit class is a 11am.

8:00am – Yoga

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class

AMRAP 12 Min:
1 Squat Snatch (155/105)
2 Clean and Jerks (155/105)
30 DUs

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class
