CrossFit WODs for 2/18/2017

We have a TON going on today.  We start the day at 8am with Yoga.  The best priced Yoga in Pittsburgh, it is only $5/class.  At 9:30am, we help those who want to compete in CrossFit with our Competition Class.  Our February Continuing Fitness Education is at 11:00am.  The topic is Nutrition.  Then, tonight from 6-8pm, we are rock climbing.
