Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday to partake in the CrossFit Open. Â It was a ton a fun. Â Remember, we will be doing it again next week.
Today, we have our regular Saturday programming. Â We start at 9:30am with the Competition Class. Â Designed for those who want to compete in local competitions, our Competition Class will get your prepared. Â We will follow that with a regular CrossFit class at 11am. Â This class is like all other CrossFit classes throughout the week.
If you signed up for the cooking school, don’t forget it is tonight. Â We can’t wait. Â If it is half as fun as last time, we are all in for a blast.
