Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday to partake in the CrossFit Open. It was a ton a fun. Remember, we will be doing it again next week.
Today, we have our regular Saturday programming. We start at 9:30am with the Competition Class. Designed for those who want to compete in local competitions, our Competition Class will get your prepared. We will follow that with a regular CrossFit class at 11am. This class is like all other CrossFit classes throughout the week.
If you signed up for the cooking school, don’t forget it is tonight. We can’t wait. If it is half as fun as last time, we are all in for a blast.
