CrossFit Open WOD 16.1

CrossFit Open WOD 16.1 is here.  For the next 5 weeks, CrossFit will release a WOD every Thursday night.  We will put that WOD into our regular programming on Fridays.  For those who signed up to participate in the Open, we will have a certified judge at each class who will be able to validate your score.

If you can’t make it today, but want to do the Open WOD, let us know. We will coordinate a time for you to do it.  Or, come to Open Gym on Sunday between 9am and 11am.

CrossFit Open WOD 16.1:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge (95/65)
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-upS

6:30pm – Olympic Lifting with Greene Barbell Club
