CrossFit WODs for 2/4/2017

Regular Saturday this week full of CrossFit and yoga.  Yoga starts at 8am.  It is early, but nothing like getting up and getting your Saturday started.  Come stretch out those sore muscles and joints and refocus your mind.  Plus, it’s only $5 (cheapest in the ‘Burgh).  At 9:30am, those who want to compete and CrossFit may come to our CrossFit Competition Class.  Those working on general physical preparedness to get better at life, we offer our regular CrossFit Class at 11:00am.
