CrossFit WODs for 4/15/2017

We are finally back to an almost regular Saturday.  It’s been a while.  We start the morning early with Yoga.  It is only $5 per class.  At 9:30am, we have our CrossFit Competition class.  It is designed for those who want to compete in local competitions.  What to try it?  Ask permission from a coach.  At 11am today, we have our Continuing Fitness Education for April.
