CrossFit WODs for 6/3/2017

Saturdays are always busy at IA.  This Saturday is nothing different.  We start with yoga in the morning to help you recover from the week of CrossFit and lifting.  At 9:30am, we help prepare our members for local Competitions through our CrossFit Competition Class.  At 11:00am, we have a regular CrossFit class.

8:00am – Yoga

9:30am – Industrial Strength

EMOM 7 Min:
1 Squat Clean (85%)

WOD #2:
For Time:
50 Snatches (75/55)
50 Burpees
50 Wall Balls (20/14)(10/9)
25 Bar Muscle Ups
50 Double Unders

WOD #3:
For Time:
Bike 30/25 Cals
Row 30/25 Cals
Run 0.5 Miles

11:00am – CrossFit Class
For Time:
50 Snatches (75/55)
50 Burpees
50 Wall Balls (20/14)(10/9)
25 Chest to Bar Pullups
50 Double Unders
