Gearing up for this WOD today, remember, the deadlift is surprisingly taxing to the lats when you are maintaining proper tension during your pulling. At 50% of a 1 rep, the sets should be primarily unbroken. That means lots of time under tension in those deads. That is going to take a toll on your muscle ups or pullups later in the workout.
