Tonight is the start of the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Open!!!!!
Before we let our excitement get the best of us, we have a “Death By” on the calendar for today. For those who have never done a Death By before, it is pretty simple: On minute 1, do 1 burpee and 1 HP clean. On minute 2, do 2 burpees and 2 hang power cleans. Continuing adding 1 rep each minute until you can no longer complete the required reps within that minute.
