Today is the Work Out of the Day for our Athlete of the Month, Devon Conner.  The workout was created by her and modified by us.  If you want to get to know her a little more, check out her post HERE.

The first WOD of the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Open will be announced tomorrow night.  Make sure you are tuning into the Games.CrossFit.Com site.  If you need to make a special arraignment to do the Open WOD on a day other than Saturday, let us know ASAP.
