Double Under Baseline for 7/3/2019

The Cardio/Gymnastics movement for the month of July is double unders. That elusive variation of jumping rope that people either love or hate. We will set a baseline today and you will have all month to work on them.

Don’t have double unders, or anywhere near getting one, no problem, just work on single under consistency this month.
