We will be closed tomorrow as we head up north to get away from the city and our electronics for the morning.
Today’s chipper is going to be a cardio one. You don’t want to spend too much time on any one movement. The jump rope should take you 60-90 seconds each time. For the burpees, you want to finish those in 3-4 minutes. Finally, the SDHPs should be completed in sets of 7-10 reps.
