Today’s WOD is all about your upper body and shoulders. During the first AMRAP, you will get your lunges pumping before picking up some weight and maintaining composure as you press over your head. Then, after a short rest, you will wear out your upper body before grabbing your rope for a highly skillful double under while exhausted.
