DUs, Pushups, and Squats for 4/23/2019

Today’s Metcon is a longer one. All of the movements should be relatively low skill. Set a nice pace out of the gate and try to carry that for all 20 minutes. If you struggle with Double Unders, pick a scale today that won’t keep you bogged down on them for more than a minute.
