It was written by one of our athletes, Jill Ciciarelli, and is available on August 6. Jill has invited all Industrial Athletics/CrossFit Alloy athletes to celebrate the book’s release. The celebration will be on Friday, August 16 from 6pm to 9pm at Espresso a Mano in Lawrenceville (3623 Butler Street, Pgh. 15201). Stop by for snacks, coffee, and to celebrate one of our own. Pick up a copy of the book at the event, or bring your previously purchased book to the party to be signed by Jill.
