“Filthy Fifty” for 2/15/2017

Time for another classic CrossFit WOD.  The Filthy Fifty is a “longer” benchmark WOD.  With 50 of each rep, it can take some time to finish.  Right out of the gate, the WOD gets your heart pumping.  Be sure to pace yourself a little.  This one will catch up to you.

Don’t forget to sign up Rock Climbing.  It is this Saturday from 6-8pm.
