Front Squats, Thrusters, and Push Jerk for 6/2/2017

Are you ready to do some heavy lifting?  Today, we start with Front Squats.  Then, we work the entire body with Thrusters.  We finish with shoulders with Push Jerks.  Through 3 sets of 3 reps at each movement, the weight should be heavy and you should be dead after this WOD.  If you don’t feel crushed in the end, you didn’t lift heavy enough.  We will give you a good chance to warm up.  Between each E2MOM, you will take a 2 min rest where you will adjust the weight.  So, come prepared with your weights in mind.
