Are you ready to do some heavy lifting? Â Today, we start with Front Squats. Â Then, we work the entire body with Thrusters. Â We finish with shoulders with Push Jerks. Â Through 3 sets of 3 reps at each movement, the weight should be heavy and you should be dead after this WOD. Â If you don’t feel crushed in the end, you didn’t lift heavy enough. Â We will give you a good chance to warm up. Â Between each E2MOM, you will take a 2 min rest where you will adjust the weight. Â So, come prepared with your weights in mind.
