Today is going to be grip intensive. The deadlifts should be heavy and not necessarily unbroken. The TTB should be unbroken for the first few rounds. The sky jumpers should be fast and get your heart pumping. Remember, it is 7 rounds. When you are picking a scaling, pick based on rounds 5, 6, and 7, not rounds 1, 2, and 3.
