Handstand Pushups and Back Squats

For this workout, you will increase your reps as you go. Typically, you would see a descending rep scheme. This is an ascending reps scheme. Keep that in mind as you start at 3, 2, 1, Go!!!

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Min AMRAP:

3 Handstand Pushups

3 Back Squats (40%)

6 Handstand Pushups

6 Back Squats

And So On
