Hang Power Cleans for 9/26/2016

We have been spending a lot of time on our power cleans strength and technique over the last few weeks.  As such, it is time to see if our work has paid off with a new PR in our Hang Power Clean.  The athlete will deadlift this weight to his/her hip, set a solid body, dip and drive with the hips and pull the barbell to the chest to catch.  Today, we are looking for single rep max effort.
