Today’s WOD is a Max Effort Reps WOD on steroids. Generally speaking, our Max Effort Rep WODs are 3 rounds. Whenever we can say, “Generally Speaking,” we know it is time to make a change. Unknown and unknowable is what we train for. So, today, we are adding rounds. The light weight should keep you moving, get your heart rate pumping, and make you concentrate on 2 technical lifts while out of breath.
