February is here!!! With a new month comes new benchmarks. In February, we have a social event to Axe Throwing. Also, the 2019 CrossFit Open starts the last weekend of the month. Super Exciting.
For today, this WOD is all skillful gymnastics movements. Make sure you don’t pick something too hard. You want to challenge yourself, but also keep moving for 20 minutes.
