Because of the nature of our workouts, CrossFit has created a competition atmosphere. Every once in while, a local CrossFit gym will host its own competition open to the public. We strongly encourage our members to participate as they gain strength in all aspects of CrossFit. Today will be a competition at

The event will kick off at 9am. Many of our members are signed up to compete. If you have been doing CrossFit for a while and want to know where you stand within the local community, come watch. If you are new to this wonderful sport and want to see what it is all about, come watch. If you have seen a competition before, you know how important it is to those competing to see you all there supporting us.
