Installing the New Pullup Rig

All Industrial Athletics Classes are cancelled for today because we will be installing a new pullup rig. If you have time, please stop by to lend a hand or moral support. We will be starting at 8am and working until the rig is installed. Let’s make it a regular Industrial Athletics Community event.

Bright Spot Friday! Lauren @lobofosho23 getting her first unassisted pull-up at the open. Since getting her first one she has continued to work on her pulling strength and stringing pull-ups together. We are very proud of Lauren and admire her always positive attitude

The Levels of the IA Nutrition Program
    i.    How Often - The first level of the program’s structure is to discover how often does the client eat per day
    ii.    What/How Much - The second level is a deeper dive into what it is that the client’s diet consisting of on a regular basis.
    iii.    Clean It Up - The third level is where the client begins to eliminate processed foods and beverages from the diet.
    iv.    Food Addiction - The fourth level is where the client’s food addictions are addressed.
    v.    SOS Maintenance - The fifth and final level is where we are fine tuning the diet and maintaining.
