KB Snatches and Farmer’s Carries for 3/17/2017

Today is your last chance to let us know if you want to come do the Open WOD with us tomorrow (Saturday).  Also, tomorrow night is Gaynor’s School of Cooking.  That is one of the best social events of the year, and we can’t wait.

Something a little different today.  This Metcon is more “functional” than others we have programmed.  We have to carry objects in everyday life all the time.  The Snatches will fatigue your arms, so you will have to really hold on during the 1 arm farmer’s carries.
