Toes to Bar and Burpees for 3/16/2017

Workout 17.4 will be released tonight.  We can’t wait.  As a reminder, we will be completing Open WOD 17.4 this Saturday between 9am and noon.  Our Open Intramural Teams will be there running heats.  If you want to come challenge the WOD, just let us know and will put you in a heat.  You need to plan to be there from 9am to noon.
