Lat Burpees, Box Jumps, and Back Squats for 12/26/2017

After a couple of days off, let’s get back at it.  Keep moving today and let’s get our heart rate up.  Also, we are testing our max rep handstand pushups today.  It’s been our goal all month.  Be sure to record the result.
