Max Effort Deadlift for 4/29/2019

It’s time to test our max effort deadlift for the month of April. We will get a good warm up. Be sure to protect your low backs. 5lbs more on the barbell isn’t worth having to take the rest of the week off because you couldn’t maintain good form.
