Max Effort Push Press 11/21/2017

All month, we have been working on our Push Press strength.  Some have already PR’ed their lift simply by working on EMOMs.  Today, everyone else will get to test your 1 rep max effort.  Make sure you write it down.  We will use percentages of this lift again in the future.
